Blood will darken from bright candy-apple red to a deep burgundy, like black cherries, after a few days. A color stabilizer is included, which can create a red wine hue, if desired. Once stopper is inserted, be sure to turn the vial over at least a dozen times to mix well. Glue is included and should be applied around stopper to prevent coverage on the glass vial. Allow to set for 24 hours before wearing. These are 6mm glass sphere vials. No box included. Sphere vials are the most involved assembly. Filling a small vial will take time and effort. Blood will separate in the beginning and settle to bottom of vial. Keep turning the vial upside-down and right-side-up until the blood and solution mix again. This will happen for a while, and then the contents will remain integrated.
