LEGAL & SAFETY NOTICE

By purchasing, receiving, or using any jewelry or keepsake containing a vial, capsule, chamber, or other compartment intended to contain a blood or biological specimen (“Product”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility

Products are intended solely as personal keepsakes, memorial items, or decorative jewelry. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition.

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the specimen placed in or associated with the Product is lawfully obtained, possessed, transported, and used.

2. Biological Material

The Product may be designed to hold a small quantity of human or animal biological material. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and health or safety requirements concerning the collection, possession, handling, storage, transportation, and disposal of biological material.

Loveleta™ does not collect, test, diagnose, analyze, or provide medical services involving blood or other biological specimens unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Safety

Blood and other biological materials may contain infectious agents. Customers should not open, puncture, cut, crush, ingest, or otherwise intentionally expose themselves or others to the contents of a sealed vial or Product.

If a Product breaks, leaks, or becomes damaged, avoid direct contact with the contents and follow appropriate local health and safety guidance for handling potentially contaminated material.

4. Sealing and Durability

Although reasonable care may be taken to provide durable materials and/or secure the vial or compartment, no handmade or wearable product can be guaranteed to remain permanently sealed or undamaged.

Customers should inspect the Product regularly for cracks, loosened components, leakage, or other damage. Discontinue use immediately if the Product appears damaged or compromised.

5. Children and Pets

Keep Products containing biological material away from children and animals. The Product may present choking, breakage, sharp-edge, allergy, chemical, or biological-exposure hazards if improperly handled.

6. Allergies and Skin Contact

Customers are responsible for determining whether the jewelry's metals, coatings, adhesives, sealants, preservatives, or other materials are suitable for them. Do not wear the Product against broken, irritated, or damaged skin.

7. No Guarantee Regarding Biological Material

Loveleta™ makes no representation that any biological material will remain visually unchanged, viable, identifiable, or otherwise preserved for any particular period of time. Natural changes in color, appearance, separation, drying, or degradation may occur.

8. Customer Representations

By purchasing or using the Product, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the Product.

• You have obtained all necessary permissions or consents concerning any biological material you provide or use.

• You will use and maintain the Product in accordance with applicable law and these safety instructions.

• You will not use the Product for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loveleta™ shall not be responsible for injury, illness, property damage, loss, contamination, leakage, breakage, improper handling, misuse, neglect, or other harm arising from the purchaser's collection, handling, storage, transportation, modification, or use of biological material or the Product, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all federal, state, provincial, local, and international laws and regulations applicable to their purchase, possession, transportation, and use of the Product and any biological material associated with it.

If you are uncertain whether your intended use is lawful, consult an appropriately qualified attorney or relevant regulatory authority before purchasing or using the Product.

11. Acceptance

By purchasing, accepting, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Legal & Safety Notice and agree to comply with its terms.
