Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason.

Because of the hygienically sensitive nature of this product (storing the blood of loved ones), I cannot restock merchandise that has been delivered to another buyer. Even if the package does not appear to be opened, I would not be able to guarantee to a future recipient that the contents of the vials have not been removed or foreign substances added. I guarantee a 100% new and sanitary product with every purchase. Thus, all listings are final sale with no refunds or exchanges.
