All sterling silver rings advertised as "adjustable" can be worn at any of the sizes listed in the title/description. If you request a particular size, I will do my best to set the ring to that size upon packaging your item. However, you can adjust the ring yourself once your item arrives. Bracelets and necklaces display length in item title. 

I recommend removing all BloodVials® jewelry during exercise, sleep, and showering. As with all wearable accessories, proper care will extend the life of your items. Products that are plated may need touch-up finish maintenance. I offer sterling silver for daily wear.

Currently, rush shipping is not offered. Loveleta™ cannot guarantee shipping times. All items are delivered via USPS.

I enclose enough anticoagulant so people squeamish around needles can still use the kit with a single drop of blood. Other people like to add more blood, as it's a preference. You can remove up to a 1:1 ratio of anticoagulant to blood. I suggest using the enclosed dropper to save any extra during the assembly process in case you need to add some back to finish filling the vial. The color stabilizer will also help the contents mix to your personal color preference.

The ratio of liquids will determine the final color of your BloodVials®. Blood will darken from bright candy-apple red to a deep burgundy like black cherries after a few days. A color stabilizer is included, which can create a red wine hue, if desired. I recommend adding 2-5 drops of the color stabilizer for medium-size pendants such as the ornate set. Once stopper is inserted, be sure to turn the vial over at least a dozen times to mix well.

Rings, lockets, and sphere-vial pendants are the most involved products to assemble. If you are not a crafty person, I recommend simply sealing the sphere vials with a dab of glue, rather than using stoppers (if the design accommodates). Add the glue to a toothpick for greater control and allow the seal to dry for at least one hour before adding the sphere vial to the jewelry piece. I also include extra items in the gift bag, so if you experience issues, please check the enclosed free items. Those with no art-making experience, please consider choosing a different item than sphere vials.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason.

Because of the hygienically sensitive nature of this product (storing the blood of loved ones), I cannot restock merchandise that has been delivered to another buyer. Even if the package does not appear to be opened, I would not be able to guarantee to a future recipient that the contents of the vials have not been removed or foreign substances added. I guarantee a 100% new and sanitary product with every purchase. Thus, all listings are clearly marked as no refunds or exchanges.

I sell DIY jewelry kits. The responsibility of filling the jewelry with blood, ash, hair, or any other chosen item remains that of the customer. If you have difficulty with creation, please message me. Tape can be used to hold items in place during drying. Also, gently twist the stoppers into position, while pressing deeper into the vial to increase friction. While I provide illustrated directions and all essential items, I am not responsible for the assembly process.

I only offer BloodVials® kits. I do not sell individual jewelry supplies.

Handmade Products Disclaimer

BloodVials® products by Loveleta™ are hand-made and/or assembled. Thus, variations may occur. Colors may differ slightly, depending on lighting and screen settings. 

Shipping & Risk of Loss or Damage

All purchases are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. If item arrives damaged, customer is responsible for sending photos to shop owner and filing claim with USPS. If package is lost, stolen, or otherwise not received, customer is responsible for seeking compensation from shipping carrier. 

Product Safety

The DIY jewelry kits offered by Loveleta™ are composed of small pieces, which may pose a chocking risk. Sharp objects such as lancets and glass should be handled with care. Anticoagulant may cause respiratory or skin irritation.  Use in a well-ventilated space and rinse any exposed area with water. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Users assume full responsibility for assembly, storage, and adhering to safety precautions.
