The drilled opening contains the liquid, so you can see the blood and carry it more discretely. Each crystal is unique and may contain natural mineral deposits and veining. Blood will darken from bright candy-apple red to a deep burgundy, like black cherries, after a few days. A color stabilizer is included, which can create a red wine hue, if desired. Be sure to turn the vial over at least a dozen times to mix well. Glue is included and should be applied to the inside of silver screw cap to prevent coverage on the crystal. Allow to set for 24 hours before wearing. No blood is included in this listing. Customers are responsible for adding their own contents. Filling a small vial will take time and effort. Blood will separate in the beginning and settle to bottom of vial. Keep turning the vial upside-down and right-side-up until the blood and solution mix again. This will happen for a while, and then the contents will remain integrated. Keep out of reach of children and be tested for contagious diseases before use.
